"The absolute finest honey in the world!" — Deborah Madison

As a result of the abundant fall rains we are witnessing one of the most dramatic fall honey flows we have ever seen. The bees are literally staggering like drunken sailors on shore leave back to the hive from their nectar binge. Blue Sage, White Brush and Rock Brush are blooming and budding like their is no tomorrow, providing a nectar flow that is of legendary proportions. By mid November we will have the frames pulled and honey in the bottle. Stay tuned.

The honey is then bottled in a one pound Italian green glass jar, which is in the shape of an ancient Etruscan olive oil vessel.
